Our full-cycle personal bookkeeping service keeps your financial records accurate through careful categorization, monthly reconciliations, and clear reporting. We help you understand spending, monitor account activity, and maintain organized records across your household finances.

Document digitization

We scan and OCR financial paperwork such as statements, invoices, receipts, notices, and tax documents into a searchable digital library. We can also convert older records into spreadsheet-ready or importable data files to make historical information easier to review and use.

Catch-up and clean-up

If your records are behind, incomplete, or spread across multiple sources, we can bring them current through a focused clean-up project. This service is designed to restore order, correct inconsistencies, and help you move forward with reliable records.

The Three Tiers

Essentials — $125/mo

Monthly categorization, reconciliations for simple household finances, and basic reporting.

Plus — $225/mo

Up to 5 accounts. Monthly financial statements. Monthly budget vs. actual review. AP/AR management. Priority sales tax filing. 24-hour response guarantee. Built for households with active vendor and customer workflows that need tighter reporting cadence.

Executive — $350/mo

High-touch support for more complex households with multiple accounts, records, and reporting needs.

All tiers include physical document scanning and digital dashboard upload allowances that scale with your plan.

Prior-Period Work

Your flat-rate plan covers all bookkeeping from your service start date forward. Any work required to bring prior accounting periods current — transaction categorization, historical reconciliation, document processing, or data collection for dates before your start date — is billed hourly at $45/hr under our Catch-Up & Clean-Up service. A written estimate is provided before any prior-period work begins. As a courtesy, prior-period balances may be paid in installments over 3 to 6 months.

Annual Prepay

Clients who pay annually receive a 10% discount on any tier, with the rate locked for the full year.
