These SMS Terms & Conditions for Black Hills Accounting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") explain the terms that apply when you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from us. These messages are used for client-service and account-related communications, including appointment reminders, document requests, service updates, and other transactional or informational notices related to our bookkeeping, payroll, and registered agent services.

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to you or received from you, as determined by your wireless carrier and your mobile plan. Black Hills Accounting LLC does not charge a separate fee for text messages.

5. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS (STOP)

In Short: You can stop SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP.

To opt out of future text messages, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

7. PRIVACY & DATA USE
