1. No Purchase Necessary: No payment, fee, or ongoing financial bookkeeping engagement with Black Hills Accounting LLC is required to enter.

2. Regional Eligibility: Promotion is open strictly to legal residents who are active small business owners, operators, or independent contractors running a business physically located within the Black Hills region of South Dakota.

3. Entry Limitations: Limit one (1) unique survey entry per independent business entity. Valid contact information must be provided at the conclusion of the survey to be eligible for the drawing pool.
